The Quality and Food safety of our products is based on the fact that all ingredients, packaging materials and production processes are suitable for production of safe, healthy and tasty products, a work have been developing continuously for more than 50 years.
Through the control of our ingredientes and packing suppliers, we can guarantee that our products meet our customer's expectations. Sugal Group has implemented in all production lines the HACCP (Hazard analysis and Critical Control points) system to identify all possible risks as well as control the measures.
We have a modern and well equipped laboratory where product samples are regulary tested throug the production process for complete evaluation and also to guarantee specification compliance for physucal-chemical characteristics such as color, salt, PH, consistency and microbiological characteristics, presence of residues of pesticides, among others.
