Sugal Group has implemented in all production lines the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system to identify all risks as well as the control measures.

We have modern and well equipped laboratories where product samples are regularly tested through the production process for complete evaluation and also to guarantee specification compliance for physical-chemical characteristics such as color, salt, pH, consistency and microbiological characteristics, presence of residues of pesticides, among others.
